1 Appellant, Brian Gallman ("Gallman"), appeals from an order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on November 19, 2002, denying his petition for relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"), 42 Pa.C.S.A. 9541-9546. Also before this Court is an amended petition by Gallmans attorney to remand this matter to the PCRA court for further proceedings, as well as a pro se motion by Gallman for leave to file a reply to counsels amended petition. Counsels petition is hereby denied, as is Gallmans pro se motion. The order of the PCRA court denying relief is affirmed for the reasons set forth herein.
